• “P.T. Xerama Bicycle Industrial” was founded in Tangerang / Indonesia.

• “Marwi International A/S” obtained the UNION® brand.

• “Marwi International A/S” merged with “Xerama Taiwan” and “Xerama Indonesia” into the new “Marwi Group”.
